What does the process look like?
- Request your estimate
Send your address, requested services and helpful photos—the more detail, the faster we can quote. Most estimates are ready online within one business day; some require a site visit.
- Schedule & prepare
After you accept, we’ll arrange our next available appointment—typically within two weeks. Clear personal belongings from work areas, close windows and doors, and place towels inside near any that may leak.
- Cleaning & walkthrough
Our crew completes your approved services. You don’t need to be present if we have access to all work areas and water. If you’re there, we’ll review the results together to make sure you’re happy.
- Photos, invoice & payment
You’ll receive an online invoice by email or text, with a service photo gallery attached to your emailed invoice. Payment is due on receipt. We accept cash, card, ACH and check. No deposit is required.
Is there a minimum service charge?
Our minimum service charge is $250 before tax. You’re welcome to combine services to meet the minimum and take care of several cleaning needs in one visit.
Will you need to use my water?
We usually use an on-site water source. If water isn’t available, we can provide water delivery for an additional charge. Let us know when requesting your estimate so we can include it in your pricing.
What happens if the weather is poor?
It depends on the service. In poor weather, we typically reschedule roof and gutter cleaning for the next available date. Most other services can continue when conditions allow us to work safely. We’ll let you know if your appointment needs to change.

Anthony Rudenko founded Clean Buildings in 2020 after experiencing the challenge of finding honest, dependable vendors while working in real estate. He started the company to provide the reliable service he wanted for the properties he worked with. Today, Clean Buildings is a locally owned, family-operated business with three crews and three trucks, bringing that same commitment to every property we clean.
